Fun at the Pieper Reunion

On Saturday the 18th we visited Heber City, UT for a Pieper family reunion. It sure was fun being able to see relatives that I haven't seen in a long time and getting to introduce Casey to some of my relatives. It was a little hot, but Isaiah enjoyed all of the attention and being outside. It was fun to be able to get away for the weekend. The day we left for Utah, Isaiah went to the doctors office and had his shots taken. He was a little miserable after the doctors visit, but did such a good job on the ride to Utah! He is now weighing 8 lbs 15 oz and is 23 in. long.

Baby Isaiah is growing up fast!

Little Isaiah is growing up quickly. His face is much "fuller" now and he is starting to mature. His cry is much more developed (meaning louder), he is starting to show lots of facial expressions, he doesn't cry nearly as much as he used to, he loves staring at faces, his eyes are turning a deep blue color, he loves to smile when you talk to him, and his hair is starting to show.

He is the cutest little boy and like his shirt says, he is very huggable.

Casey's New Project

I recently purchased a 1958 Chevy Apache "3100" fleetside. It had been sitting in a field for about 10 years. I bought it for $850 and I'm in the process of turning it into a rat rod. My in-laws were very excited to have me put this old truck in their barn (some sarcasm used there...).
This truck was used as a farm truck for many years. This project has already proven to be extremely fun and rewarding. It doesn't look like much yet, but soon enough it will be a really cool ride.

Ducks, Squirrels, and Babies

On Monday, Chelsea and I decided to take our two little boys to the park to play. When we showed up at Porter park, there were millions of kids at the waterslides. So we decided we would go to the nature park instead to feed the ducks. Although both babies slept most of the time, we still had fun feeding the bread to the ducks and the squirrels (apparently squirrels eat bread). Here are some pictures I took.

Our little boy is growing up so fast! Below is a picture of Isaiah when he left the hospital. The picture below that is him now, in the same outfit. He really stretches this thing out with his big feet!
